1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Royal Pearl Suites website and all reservations made through it.

By using this website, you confirm that:

2. You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

Royal Pearl Suites reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking Policy

1. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Guests must provide valid identification (National ID, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in.
3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid ID is not provided.

3. Rates & Payment

1. All room rates are displayed in BDT and included applicable taxes
2. Minimum 50% advance payment required to confirm reservation and rest of the payment must be clear upon check in
3. The hotel reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

· Free Cancellation: Minimum 72 hours before arrival

· Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Royal Pearl Suites reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of:

1. Incorrect pricing due to technical error
2. Fraudulent activity
3. Force majeure events

5. Check-in & Check-out

1. Standard check-in time: 1.00PM
2. Standard check-out time: 11.00AM
3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guests must follow the hotel registration procedures on arrival time

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

1. Maintain proper conduct during their stay.
2. Not engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.
3. Be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
4. Comply with all local laws and hotel regulations.

The hotel reserves the right to evict guests without refund for misconduct or violation of policies.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the website for fraudulent bookings.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to hotel systems.
3. Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content without permission.

All website content including text, logo, images, and design is the property of Royal Pearl Suites and protected by applicable copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Royal Pearl Suites shall not be liable for:

1. Indirect or consequential loss
2. Technical issues beyond our control
3. Third-party service failures
4. Loss of personal belongings (guests are advised to use in-room safety facilities)

Guests use hotel facilities at their own risk.

9. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

1. Natural disasters
2. Government restrictions
3. Strikes
4. Pandemic situations
5. Power failures

10. Privacy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to data collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
